CONTINUOUS STERILIZERS

Solutions tailored to every sterilization process

Actini offers two models of continuous-flow sterilizers, the Steril’One and the Steril’Flex, covering all production configurations—from stable, controlled flows to multi-product environments with variable volumes. Two distinct technical answers, one single standard of excellence.

Our continuous sterilizers rely on a common principle: continuous-flow thermal treatment that guarantees a rapid, controlled temperature rise, precise holding at the sterilization temperature, and controlled cooling before discharging the treated product. This process ensures complete microbiological efficiency while preserving the physical and chemical properties of your product.

Steril’One

The Steril’One is optimized for stable processes with regular flows and fixed recipes. It integrates directly into your continuous production lines and guarantees maximum repeatability cycle after cycle. Its robustness and reliability make it the benchmark solution for high-throughput pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food & beverage facilities.

Steril’Flex

The Steril’Flex was designed for environments where a wide variety of treated products and frequent format changes require maximum flexibility. Its modular architecture allows for quick configuration changes, easier cleaning between batches, and seamless adaptation to different product viscosities or compositions. It is particularly well-suited for development laboratories and multi-product manufacturing units.

LABORATORY THERMAL DECONTAMINATION

Total bio-safety for your effluents and contaminated waste

Every effluent produced in a laboratory represents a potential risk. Our thermal decontamination equipment eliminates this risk at the source, without chemicals, without residue, and with complete traceability for every cycle.

Décontamination directsteam

Heat as the sole active agent

Thermal treatment is the most universal and best-documented decontamination process. By raising effluent temperatures to controlled, sustained levels, our systems neutralize all microorganisms present—including bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores, and resistant pathogens, without requiring any auxiliary chemicals.

The effectiveness of each treatment is measured by the F0 value, set at 50 on our equipment. This internationally recognized indicator certifies the actual thermal dose applied and serves as regulatory proof of your microbiological control level.

Operational flexibility and full traceability

Each cycle is processed in batch mode, lot by lot, allowing thermal parameters to be precisely adjusted to the nature of your effluents and your containment level. Temperature, duration, pressure: everything is adjustable, and everything is recorded. A time-stamped cycle report is automatically generated at the end of each treatment, ready to be uploaded to your quality management system or presented during an audit.

Several models feature energy recovery systems to reduce utility consumption without compromising performance. The entire range is ISO 14001 certified.

INDUSTRIAL THERMAL DECONTAMINATION

Large volumes, uncompromising standards

From small research facilities to large, regulated industrial plants, our thermal decontamination equipment processes your bio-waste at your actual flow rates, up to 400,000 litres per day and more, without compromising on safety or regulatory compliance.

A range engineered for industrial  volumes

Our industrial units cover the entire spectrum of needs, from intermediate capacities to very large volumes. This offering is structured around two product families.

For sites generating up to 16,000 litres per day, the ULTIBATCH, ULTIMATE, and CYCLOBATCH models offer compact batch or continuous solutions suitable for BSL1 to BSL3 environments. For very high-volume facilities producing up to 400,000 litres per day, the FDS and ULTIMATE PLUS systems take over with architectures sized to handle the most demanding industrial constraints, including BSL4 facilities.

Compliant recycling or discharge

Whether recycling your treated effluents in a closed loop or discharging them into the municipal sewer system after treatment, our equipment guarantees full compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to your facility. Thermal treatment effectively eliminates pathogens and sensitive substances without the use of chemicals, ensuring discharge with zero residual biological risk.

The entire range is ISO 14001 certified, reflecting a design that integrates environmental performance from the ground up: reduced energy consumption, equipment durability, and a controlled environmental footprint.

NEUTRALIZATION : BATCH OR CONTINUOUS

A solution for every type of flow

Whether generated continuously or intermittently, your acidic or alkaline effluents must be neutralized before discharge. Actini offers two complementary approaches, continuous and batch, to cover all manufacturing setups.

Neutralisation continu

Continuous, for constant flows

When your effluents are produced uninterrupted, the continuous neutralization system treats your waste stream in real time as it is generated. The pH is constantly measured and automatically corrected, with a buffer tank absorbing variations in flow rate or composition. Particularly suited for large volumes and high flow rates, this mode guarantees stable and consistent treatment under all circumstances.

Batch, for intermittent flows

For effluents produced occasionally or in moderate volumes, batch neutralization offers a simple, highly controlled alternative. Each batch is collected, neutralized using calculated chemical dosing, homogenized by agitation, and verified before discharge. No waste is released without validation.
