The DirectSteam is designed for the thermal decontamination of biological liquid effluents containing particles, viscous phases, or compounds that are difficult to treat. Using a direct steam injection system and continuous agitation, it guarantees a homogeneous and effective treatment, cycle after cycle, without the use of any chemicals.

Continuous agitation for homogeneous treatment

Thanks to an integrated recirculation pump, the fluid is kept in constant motion inside the tank. This permanent mixing keeps particles in suspension and prevents sedimentation, ensuring uniform treatment of the entire volume. For effluents containing solid or fibrous materials, an in-line grinder option can be integrated to reduce particle size and facilitate decontamination.

Direct steam injection for ultra-fast temperature rise

The DirectSteam heats effluents by tangential steam injection directly into the product. This patented technology allows for an ultra-fast temperature rise, instantaneous mixing of steam and liquid, and optimal thermal transfer for maximum efficiency. Dynamic agitation is maintained throughout the decontamination cycle.

Total control of the treatment cycle

The discharge process is optimized through an integrated heat exchanger for outlet temperature control and a dedicated regulation valve designed to eliminate any risk of clogging. The entire cycle is fully automated and traceable via the onboard supervision system.

Zero chemicals, simplified management

Thermal treatment entirely replaces the use of bleach and biocides. No chemical management chain is required, reducing your regulatory footprint and radically simplifying consumable management.
