The Ultimate Plus was designed for organizations whose effluent volumes exceed the capacity of standard systems and whose needs are likely to evolve over time. Based on a unique modular architecture, it allows for treatment capacity to be increased in increments of 790 gal/hour (3,000 L/hour) by connecting up to three expansion modules, without requiring any engineering work on the automation system. The main skid controls all modules from a single point of control. A solution designed for scalability, compactness, and cost-controlled growth.

The Ultimate Plus is intended for industrial and production sites where effluent volumes are high or expected to grow, and where replacing the decontamination system at every capacity increase is not an option. Its modular architecture allows for investment in a main skid sized for current needs, with expansion modules added as volumes increase, without modifying the existing automation infrastructure. Each additional module connects to the main skid and is immediately operated via the central control interface. Modular architecture: increase capacity without automation engineering

The Ultimate Plus relies on a main skid (ULT-3000) that controls up to three independently connectable expansion modules (EXT-3000). Each additional module adds 790 gal/hour (3,000 L/hour) of capacity. Connecting a module requires no engineering intervention on the automation system: the main skid automatically recognizes and integrates the new module. This eliminates the costs and delays usually associated with capacity upgrades.

Centralized operation from the main skid: a single point of control

All modules are operated from the ULT-3000 main skid control interface. Operators manage the entire system—main skid and expansions—from a single point, without needing dedicated interfaces for each module. This centralization simplifies training, reduces the risk of manual errors, and facilitates cycle traceability in regulated environments.

Compact expansion modules: controlled footprint even at high capacity

The EXT-3000 expansion modules were designed to minimize floor space while maximizing additional capacity. Their compact format allows for 12,000 L/hour of treatment capacity in a controlled area, without major restructuring of existing technical spaces.

Optional redundant pumping system

For sites where treatment continuity is critical, the Ultimate Plus offers the possibility of doubling the pumping system. This redundancy ensures effluent treatment continues in the event of a pump failure, preventing production line interruptions.

Flexible treatment program: 1 or 2 minutes at 80-135°C T

he system offers a standard treatment program at 135°C (275°F) for 1 minute, with an option to extend to 2 minutes for protocols requiring enhanced lethality. This flexibility allows the system to adapt to specific site requirements without hardware changes. No chilled water is required.
