Plug-and-Play
Operational in less than an hour, without construction or infrastructure changes.
Compact, mobile, and fully automated, the KUBE treats your biological liquid effluents directly in the laboratory without the use of chemicals. It guarantees a validated F0 50 decontamination level for every cycle, in an under-bench format compatible with BSL1 to BSL3 environments.
Parameter |
Value |
Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Treatment cycle | 135°C (275°F) / 2 minutes - adjustable | Customizable according to your internal protocols and biosafety level requirements. |
| Decontamination level | F0 50 | Equivalent to 50 minutes at 121°C; guaranteed destruction of the most heat-resistant microorganisms, including bacterial spores. |
| Power supply | Single-phase 110 V - 60 Hz - 1.1 kW / 5 A | Plugs into a standard outlet; no specialized electrical installation or infrastructure modifications required. |
| Footprint (Standard) | 24″ × 32″ (600 × 800 mm) | Installs under a standard lab bench without reorganizing the workspace. |
| Height (Standard) | 32″ (820 mm) | Under-bench format for seamless integration into constrained spaces. |
| Footprint (w/ Containment) | 25″ × 32″ (640 × 810 mm) | Reinforced containment within a footprint nearly identical to the standard model. |
| Height (w/ Containment) | 48″ (1,220 mm) | Preserves operator access despite increased height from the containment module. |
Operational in less than an hour, without construction or infrastructure changes.
Mounted on casters; can be repositioned in minutes as your needs evolve.
Thermal treatment entirely replaces bleach and biocides, eliminating chemical waste streams.
No auxiliary power source required; plugs into a standard 110 V single-phase outlet.
1. Automatic gravity collection
Biological effluents flow directly into the 25-litre buffer tank. Levels are detected automatically—no manual action is required to start the cycle.
2. Validated thermal treatment
The onboard PLC brings effluents to 135°C for 2 minutes. Temperature is continuously monitored. If a parameter deviates, the cycle is automatically extended or suspended.
3. Cooling before discharge
An integrated heat exchanger lowers the temperature to between 70°C and 75°C before drainage, protecting your pipes from thermal shock. An additional cooling option can reach 40-45°C for sensitive networks.
4. Automatic batch report
At the end of each cycle, a report is generated and archived. Timestamps, temperatures reached, and holding times—all validation data is recorded without human intervention.

Research laboratories & biotechnology:
Integrates without major works into BSL1, BSL2, and BSL3 environments. Ideal for both large institutions and fast-growing startups needing a reliable, validatable, and mobile solution.
Healthcare facilities & diagnostic labs:
Effluents from analyzers, forensic services, and clinical units are treated on-site before discharge into the municipal sewer, in compliance with provincial and federal Canadian biosafety requirements.
Contract manufacturing organizations (CMO/CDMO):
Frequent changes in protocols and biological product types are no longer an issue. The KUBE adapts without modifying central infrastructure.
Containerized labs & emergency deployments:
Its “Plug-and-Play” design and standard power supply make it the ideal partner for mobile diagnostic units and temporary infrastructures deployed during health crises.
Backup solution & operational continuity:
During planned maintenance or a failure of your central decontamination system, the KUBE takes over immediately to prevent any research or production downtime.
