Energy recovery section for controlled steam consumption

The ULT-1000 Ultimate integrates a heat exchange section that uses the energy from treated outgoing effluents to preheat incoming effluents. This recovery system reduces the amount of steam required for each treatment cycle, thereby lowering operating costs and the impact on site utilities. No chilled water is required for the system’s operation.

Dedicated CIP with integrated chemical solution tank

The ULT-1000 Ultimate is equipped with a dedicated tank for chemical solutions used in Clean-in-Place (CIP) operations. This feature allows for the cleaning and disinfection of internal circuits without disassembly, guaranteeing cycle repeatability and compliance with cleaning procedures in regulated environments.

Filter-secured pumping system

The pumping system is protected by an upstream filter designed to catch solid particles that could damage hydraulic components or disrupt treatment homogeneity. This protection ensures equipment longevity and steady flow during production.

Full instrumentation for fully automatic operation

The ULT-1000 Ultimate is fully instrumented for automatic operation. All treatment parameters—temperature, flow rate, pressure—are controlled, monitored, and traced by the onboard automation system. This complete traceability facilitates system validation and the documentation required in regulated environments (GMP, ISO, BSL biosafety levels).
