Equipment testing

Prior to shipment, all equipment undergoes a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to verify mechanical, electrical, and functional performance. A complete manufacturing record book is provided with each system, including material certificates, inspection reports, and test records. This ensures your teams have all the data required to begin on-site qualification.

ON-SITE SERVICES

Complete installation

We manage the complete installation of your equipment: fluid and electrical connections, PLC programming, supervised start-up, and daily operational training for your operators. Every step is executed according to a pre-approved installation plan to minimize downtime and secure a safe start-up.

Qualifications

Our teams then perform the complete qualification of your equipment according to IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) protocols. All interventions are rigorously documented, including signed service reports, critical parameter logs, and non-conformity reports if applicable. In case of an emergency, we commit to rapid response times to minimize any impact on your operations.

Our preventive maintenance program is built on planned, regularly scheduled visits during which our technicians check all critical parameters: seals, pressures, temperatures, operating cycles, and the condition of consumables and wear parts. Every visit concludes with a detailed report and recommendations for corrective actions if needed.

Corrective maintenance

In the event of a breakdown or performance drift, our corrective maintenance service responds as quickly as possible. We maintain a local inventory of spare parts for the most common systems, allowing us to significantly reduce downtime. All interventions are tracked and logged in your equipment’s service history, simplifying your internal audits and regulatory inspections.
